Download the Rewrite Lifestyle app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap “Sign Up,” enter your email address and a password, and follow the onboarding steps to set up your wellness profile. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still have trouble, contact us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai.

Tap the “+” button on the home screen and select “Log Meal.” You can search for foods by name, scan a barcode, or take a photo of your meal and let the AI analyze it for you. Your macros and calories are updated automatically.

The AI coach learns from your food logs, wellness profile, and goals to give you personalized recommendations. You can chat with it anytime from the Fix tab. The AI is not a human — it is an artificial intelligence system powered by OpenAI.

Go to the Supplements section in the app. Tap “Add” to enter the name and dosage. The app will remind you and track your adherence over time.

Cancellation depends on how you subscribed:

• Apple App Store: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Select Rewrite Lifestyle and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions. Select Rewrite Lifestyle and tap Cancel.
• Web (Stripe): Email us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai and we will cancel your subscription promptly.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, visit the Google Play Help Center. For web (Stripe) purchases, email us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai within 14 days of the charge.

Go to Account Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account,” or email us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai. Your account will be deactivated immediately and all personal data deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Some users of Rewrite Lifestyle are also enrolled in coaching programs operated by Bariatric Rewrite LLC, an affiliated entity. If you are a coaching client, your assigned coach can view your tracking data through a dashboard to provide personalized guidance. Coach access requires your separate consent and ends when your coaching program ends.

Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy Settings. You can toggle off “Location & Travel Tracking” to stop location collection, or turn off “AI Data Processing” to opt out of AI-based profiling. You can also contact us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai to exercise any privacy rights.

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t help, check that you have the latest version installed. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your data is saved to your account). If the issue persists, email us at support@rewritelifestyle.ai with a description of the problem and your device type.
